HOW WE IMMERSE YOUTUBE CREATORS IN AN ONE-OF-A-KIND FOOTBALL EXPERIENCE

The Ask:

YouTube invited 24 content creators to their NFL suite at SoFi Stadium to enjoy an afternoon of football, tasty bites, big fan energy, merch decoration, and creator collaboration.

With such big ideas, YouTube came to us to figure out how they could create this fun, premium experience with their space restrictions.

Our Solution:

We first started with the space itself. We designed custom wall clings and table covers to personalize the space - complete with a neon YouTube sign. Bespoke areas for planned events and branded decorations fill the suite, creating a uniquely YouTube game day space.
 

To handle the limited space of the suite, we brought in a peg board to hold the needed tools for the merch station. This worked to keep both tools organized and encourage creators to customize their jerseys with us.

The Result:

Content creators were delighted with YouTube’s NFL suite and enjoyed their experience with the hosted football game event. And YouTube enjoyed it too.
